escaping from the sketchbook

  3. bestist left handed stitching, largish scale (7inch) thick three and six stranded embroidery thread on woollen blanket- very forgiving fabric

    Your birdie reminds me of some of the cave and wall drawings... this one looks a bit Mayan I think....

  5. I love the way this bird seems to be creeping onto the cloth. It has such character. I think this must be the year of the bird as I've been doodling them for a few months now and they're asking to make the transiton onto cloth! But yours - amazing!
