I love your use of intense color, it really does make the yarns. I have some beautiful fiber I want to spin...trying to figure out how to do this with my crutches and that torture device called a knee brace. I don't want to use the spindle, I want to use my wheel. Can't wait to see how beautiful the yarn comes out.
Your yarns could compete with the best on the market. They are just beautiful! I have finally started my lace making lessons and wanted to let you know. So far I don't have much to show, its all practice, practice, practice. But I am enjoying this new art form greatly. I like your free form lace things. I will be doing that soon.
So beautiful! So alive with color and texture! I thought of you the other day when I was at the Christmas market in Munich and there was a guy there with a stand spinning away. I watched for a long time and sure wish you would have been there to tell me exactly how he got to that point! He didn't have anything bright and pretty though...just plain gray or brown.
