I had to look this up. Here in the US a flapjack is a pancake. I see that in the UK you are talking about something very different. They look much yummier than a pancake!
HI, here flapjacks are mainly oats and can be quite sweet, These are a variation with oats and coconut, I added dried fruit as well. http://www.bakewithstork.com/Recipes/Crunchies I suspect that I make these thicker than the recipe so they are not so crunchie...hubby likes them after a long shift at work.
