I made it as a rag rug sample

Hi Sue Ive been enjoying seeing your C&G work based on the shell - i love the spiral.
and as for easy recipes. id recommend a slow cooker, or buying pre-chopped meat or minced meat and bottles of ready made sauce and dumping it all in a saucepan - Ted could do that... even Ian might be able to have a go.
