Have a Creative New Year !

Well, it's that time of the year again, time to look back and forward at the same time. Neat trick if you can do it!
No real resolutions for me other than to get fit and be creative. Latest on the arm is that it will take at least another two month, possibly three so I get to keep the mecanno kit on it for a further 4 weeks.
I do have a lace challenge starting in March which I am determined to do and I suspect that Lace will be a big part of my creative life for a while BUT I will still be doing everything else as usual.
A quick look back at some of my work from this year,
2008 summary

A big thank you to all of you for your encouragement and friendship in 2008.

What a lovely mosaic of work. Hope the arm does not slow you down too much for a creative 2009.

All such beautiful work! I treasure the piece you sent me.

Sorry to hear the arm is still going to take a while to mend.

Happy New Year to you, I hope 2009 brings lots of good things and creative energy.

Awwwww...so sorry to hear the wrist will be taking such a long time...but, happy that you are getting good care ...

Maybe you could try some little things "lefty" ...for kicks.... but, don't fret if you can't... just play at it for a bit and see what happens. Seems to me that some art classes suggest using the other hand to see what can be done.... and some interesting things often happen...

Wishing you and Ian and Ted all a Happy New Year ... here's to a good one for us all...

Thank you for your friendship too Sue. I hope your arm heals well and that you're soon back in action. Well done for trying the left hand work, it's a good exercise even when your dominant hand isn't out of action.

Happy New Year,Sue and I hope you soon resume your creative journey.
