What If? lace experiment continues/todays title

I'm taking part in Todays Title and posted my impression of this weeks subject Blue chair yesterday. I have been carrying on the with the title over the last few days and now give you................BLUE CHAIR (RUSTIC) LACE....in other words, I doodled with pen, then thread and bobbins. Its taken me several days to complete with the thread and bobbins shown in the previous post. Not brilliant as far as lace technique is concerned but fun.

The thread is actually quite a bit bluer than in the picture with flecks of red and orange.

Well done Sue. What a great interpretation, especially in the circumstances.

This is so cool! There are far more BL skills in that little chair than I know. Glad to see the arm is getting better.

Hi, Sue, I like your chair!
I am from Russia, Moscow, Lise recomended me to follow your blog. I do some bobbin lace (learning with private teacher for one year) and knitting (for all my life)? crochetting, cross-stitch and some beading.
My name is Irina, hope we become friends! Sorry for your hand, I had my leg broken two years ago, I could do some craft but couldn't walk.

Yes, sure I'll stay in touch. I am, as I told you, very new lo bobin lace, and don't follow much the lace community, but may be communicarting with you will wncourage me to be more active, and I'll take pictures if I'll be able to visit some fairs and exibitions (I am a translator by profession, italian, English, and dont have much spare time for visiting different exibitions). Anyway my teacher is active in lace community, and you may ask questions, and we'll try to stay in touch.
