Is it just me?

Am I the only one to unload the washing machine and find a piece of motorcycle in it? Yes, one relay for a Motoguzzi 1100, nice and clean but will probably never work again :-)

I've been searching high and low for that! Ian told me that he had checked his pockets (but don't tell him I've posted this!)

...various coins (british and foreign)....AA and AAA batteries....pens....rubbers....pencil-sharpeners...2nd & 3rd sheets of detention slips (some lucky kid gets away with it this time!)....

...and a small travel alarm clock.

No bike parts to date. :-)

Italian Bike electrics - "... never work again." - so you won't notice the difference?

Finding motorcyle parts in the wash is not an alien thing here either. :) Sadly he's learned that I keep all cash and coin that finds it's way in there though....lol

due to the lack of a motorcycle - I'd be rather surprised to find those parts in my machine! but we have had all kinds of bicycle parts - even one whole tyre mending kit - in the wash. luckily those parts aren't usually of the electrical kind - most of them still worked afterwards, even though some made funny sounds in the wash (elephants in the washing machine???):)) I did by accident wash a leather money bag - and ended up with slightly discoloured notes, but the bank was kind and exchanged them all (with a big fat grin on the banker's face though:))
