this one is making a bid for freedom!!

just noticed my counter is showing 99 countries...how cool is that!!

bestist left handed stitching, largish scale (7inch) thick three and six stranded embroidery thread on woollen blanket- very forgiving fabric

No way!! this left handed stuff is amazing..you must be ambidextrous (sp?) or something..

Your birdie reminds me of some of the cave and wall drawings... this one looks a bit Mayan I think....

I love the way this bird seems to be creeping onto the cloth. It has such character. I think this must be the year of the bird as I've been doodling them for a few months now and they're asking to make the transiton onto cloth! But yours - amazing!
