bookmark finished

torchon bookmark

this has been my Wednesday night project for the last two weeks and I finished the last inch or so yesterday.

It was made with the same pricking that I used for my give away bookmark last year, I just rearranged some of the elements.

My creation

Have a good weekend :-)

Beautiful work! Your bobbinlace becomes very even and tidy!

The bookmark is beautiful. Your hand is coming along well, it seems. As a former physical therapist, I'm sure you're having a "wonderful" time in therapy. My nickname back then was "Ruthless Ruthie".

Good job! I have done that pattern myself a long time ago. I love to make lace. I'm doing tatting at the moment, but have to take a break and catch up on some bobbin lace for tomorrow. My lace group will be doing a demo over the library for about three hours. Keep it up, it looks great!
