Beautiful! The wheel reminds me of the two that my mom used to have (and probably still does somewhere) which came from "the old country", brought over by my Grandma when they immigrated to the U.S. in 1952. It's a shame that no one ever spun on them and that they never reached the hands in which they belonged.
Such beauty is such simplicity.I always loved the fairy stories where spinning was involved. I realize however that spinning is not as easy as it looks!
What a beautiful wheel-- and the yarn is beautiful, too! I loved the post with the textured yarn. Very interesting what happened when you plyed with your handspun and a commercial yarn!

A-haa! :-) Very pretty!
The wheel's an Ashford Traveller, isn't it? I've got a Traditional and I like Ashford very much.
Have fun spinning :-)
